SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

Please allow at most 2 weeks for us to process, package and ship your order. Once your order has shipped, you will be notified with a tracking number via email.

Shipping Times:
Domestic
USPS Priority - 5-7 Business Days 

We do not currently offer International orders 

Shipping rates are automatically calculated based on your shipping address and the weight or your order.

 

Due to industry-wide production delays related to COVID-19, and third party delivery carrier delays, orders may take longer than usual to arrive.

Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a 30-day from the day you receive your order return policy on all orders.


To be eligible to return policy the products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags attached. 


If you would like to return your item, please contact us at support@liveactiveli.com. Please include your order number in the subject line so we can be able to assist you as fast as possible. 
 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you received the wrong item.

Exchanges
Due to limited availability we do no currently offer exchanges on any of our items. We will only process returns on items that are eligible for resale and are in their original packaging and condition. If an item is not eligible for resale we will not accept the return. 

 

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 7 days after we receive and inspect your order. If approved for a refund, the refund will be issued to the original payment account. Please note that depending on your bank refunds policy it may require an additional 3-5 days to process. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

All sales on discounted items are final!
